RECENT NEWS:
On Sat Jan 7th we had our annual new year's "Cleansing" training. About 40 students and friends joined us for this amazing training session - we went for 2 hours and everyone worked extra hard to make it to the end! Congrats to everyone who participated - we all had a fantastic time!

We had our first Colour Belt Testing for 2012 on Sat Jan 28th. There was lots of energy in the room and it was an excellent test! Thanks to all the students who tested.

**INSTRUCTIONAL DVD'S FOR SALE**
Please note that we now have instructional DVD's for sale that cover the full curriculum from White Belt up to Orange Belt. In addition there is extra footage on the DVD's of past demo's and events we have held where you can see some amazing Tae Kwon Do techniques. (*there will be another DVD's produced shortly that will cover the Green to Brown Belt curriculum).
The cost is $29.00 for the DVD - this is well worth it as it helps all students (Adults and Kids) to remember their curriculum.
